Box Office/Theatre Policies |
- Purchase tickets in person at the House of James during regular store hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
- Purchase tickets by phone using your VISA or MASTERCARD by calling the House of James at 604-852-3701. Phone reservations can be picked up at the MEI Theatre on the matinee or evening performance the tickets are valid for beginning 1 hour prior to curtain. To ensure there is enough time to park and to be seated, we ask that reservations be picked-up not later than 15 minutes prior to curtain.
- Tickets for evening performances are available at House of James until 4:00 PM on the day of the performance. Matinee tickets are available until 4:00 PM on the Friday prior to the matinee performance. Remaining tickets are available for purchase one hour prior to show-time at the MEI Theatre Lobby Box Office. Payment at the MEI Theatre Lobby Box Office is by cash or check only.
- Student rate applies to all elementary, middle school, high school and university students up to age 25.
- All sales are final. Sorry, no refunds.
- Evening performances begin at 7:30 PM sharp and matinee performances begin at 2:00 PM sharp. Latecomers cannot be seated until a suitable break in the performance.
- Unfortunately, children under the age of three cannot be admitted into the theatre.
- Please ensure that pagers and cell phones are turned off or switched to "vibrate" prior to entering the theatre.
- Please unwrap candies and cough-drops prior to the start of performance.
