Please take note of the following prior to registration:

• Please complete a seperate form for each child you are registering.
  
• A $25.00, non-refundable deposit for each child is due at time of registration.
  
• Full payment, minus the $25.00 deposit, is due at the start of each camp.
  
• No refunds can be provided once final payment has been received except in circumstances involving a family emergency.
  
• Payment is by check or by cash. Please make checks out to Gallery 7 Theatre.
