Janik Livera

Sommelier

Janik is a hospitality professional with over 2 decades of experience ranging from the culinary field to fine dining service. Janik honed his skills in luxury hotels and private members clubs in Vancouver and loves to share his passion for hospitality with everyone around him.

Janik trained under master sommelier, Tim Ellison, carries a WSET certification, and continues the tradition of artful hosting and education in his career. Janik has worked with international wines from Europe, South Africa, Australia and North America and recently has relocated to the most exciting wine region, the South Okanagan, where he continues to host and educate guests on all aspects of the Okanagan wine industry.

Janik loves when, a new wine connoisseur emerges and discovers a new love for wine and its applications. Janik is happily married to his wife Lisa, and when not raising their daughter together, he enjoys cooking, cycling, fussing over his cats, and, of course, wine.

Eric Harper

Musical Artist

I was only 7 when it happened...I remember I was in the kitchen doing the dishes when some song came on the radio. Don't ask me which tune it was because I don't remember. But what I DO remember was the feeling that song gave me. I immediately stopped what I was doing, quickly ran in to the living room and just stared at the stereo. My sister called me back to finish the dishes, but I couldn't move. I was transfixed, mesmerized. I literally couldn't take my eyes off the stereo. I was so moved by emotion that all I remember thinking was 'I want to make people feel like that!" And so my story begins...

Eric is an Emmy-Award winning composer and guitarist who creates a style that is not only his own, but is melodically entrancing, virtuosically ferocious and harmonically soul-stirring to the core.
