A Classic Comedy About Family

By James Sherman

January 25 & 26, 30 – Feb 2 & Feb. 6 – 9, 2019 @ 7:30 PM

Matinees: Jan. 26, Feb. 2 & Feb. 9 @ 2:00 PM

Abbotsford Community Arts Addition, 2329 Crescent Way, Abbotsford.

All Sarah’s parents want is for her to marry a nice Jewish boy. But Sarah has been dating anyone but! To get her parents off her back, Sarah hires an actor to play her imaginary Jewish doctor boyfriend at a family dinner. Hilarity ensues as Sarah attempts to keep the charade going as long as she possibly can! A play about family, growing up and the extent we’ll go to please our parents, this delightful comedy will chase away those mid-winter blues.
A broad family comedy with tender, amusing notes… – The Denver Post
