Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Gallery 7 Theatre! Having a committed and active membership base enables us to continue bringing professional quality theatre to Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley.
By being a member of Gallery 7 Theatre and Performing Arts Society, you have the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the organization by being elected to the Board of Directors, serving on one of the Board’s committees, and participating in our annual general meeting. Your involvement also helps us secure crucial government grants to support our annual operations. Above all, you have the opportunity to show your support for Abbotsford’s only full-time, semi-professional theatre company while connecting with others who love live theatre and desire a healthy and vibrant community in which to live, work and play.
Being a member is over and above any volunteering one may do for a Gallery 7 Theatre production. As members, our goal is to support our staff, who are responsible for all day to day operations of the theatre, such as play selection, workshop programming, booking theatre venues, recruiting and hiring production staff and all the other responsibilities involved in running a theatre.
Our annual membership fee is just $30 and includes the following additional benefits:
- Special invitations to final dress rehearsals;
- Invitations to exclusive, member-only events;
- Member discounts on Gallery 7 Theatre workshops and guest speaker events;
- Up to date info on what’s happening at Gallery 7 Theatre.
